Is it worth it to learn to code (web dev) as someone with a non CS or similar field background in India? Or is it a giant waste of time?

I amm currently a college student and from a literature background. I’m learning to code to get a better job prospect in the future. I am intending to learn html, CSS, Javascript, React, Redux, Node, GraphSQL, SQL, Typescript, MongoDB, Python (Django), Bootstrap, Git and I have a plan to go about learning them. But lately I’ve been having these doubts.
