I’m a new joiner at a MNC and I want to make sure I’m doing everything I can to be successful. What are some things I should be doing?

First and foremost, get to know your team and your manager. Ask lots of questions and get a feel for what the team’s goals and priorities are.

Second, get familiar with the company’s systems, processes and tools. This will help you be more efficient and effective in your work.

Third, take the time to learn about the company’s culture and values. This will help you understand the expectations and norms of behaviour within the organisation.

Fourth, build relationships with your colleagues. This will help you create a network of support and make it easier to get things done.

Finally, be proactive and take initiative. This will show your manager and team that you’re committed to being successful in your role.
